I had an excellent experience at my first visit. I came in knowing I had a mouthful of problems… Leah was my dentist and not only did her and her team help ease my anxiety, but they were able to help get me on a plan to conquer those problems, starting with a new crown and onlay filling. She did a great job at explaining WHY she was doing what she did. I appreciated that. Dentistry is expensive, so helping your patient understand what they’re paying for helps you feel like you’re apart of the process, not just having something pushed on you. I also appreciate that they offered payment plans which made it possible for me to have the plan that I do!

I love my experience at Preston Modern Dentistry! Derek welcomed me with a nice big smile when I walked in and explained the treatment costs after my exam. Daniela was really gentle and sweet when taking x-rays, and Spencer kept checking in on me during the wait period while she got the room set up. Dr. Nechamkin was very informative and straight to the point when talking about gum care. She gave me some feedback and tips on how to improve my home care habits. Nazli was very kind and thorough when explaining the proper way to floss at home. Overall the experience was fantastic and I look forward to my next check up with them :)
